Standing cypress continued

My standing cypress that's growing between the house and patio has begun to bloom! We've noticed that the hummingbirds love to sip on the flowers before they stop by the sugar water feeder by the kitchen window.

Now if only we could get this wildflower established in the Meadow, where it belongs! The lone seed that got this one going likely escaped from a batch that our friend Nancy gave us last year.

I love standing cypress too and was disappointed that out of the hundreds of seeds from last years plants I only have 4. Do you have many in the meadow?

None in the Meadow that I know of. Only this one by the house and one in a pot that I rooted from a cutting. But I hope to put more seeds out in the Meadow again this year. :-)
