The number of bushes in our yard has since increased. And I grew up in Corpus Christi. We had one growing wild in the pitusporum bushes. When my brother was little, he stuck one up his nose. Mom had to take him to the doctor to get it out. Sheryl Rodgers

Hey, thank you! That's our native pepper. However, they're WAY too hot to eat off the bush. :-)
Growing up in South Texas we use to compete on who could eat the most. Let me say that is was a hot event :)
