Still lots of hummers (and our tail-less wonder)

Lots of hummingbirds still coming to our feeders right now!

Our little tail-less wonder is still around, too.

Great Pictures!!! I'm sure your garden is a hummingbird magnet. Love the tail-less wonder:) Amazing she can keep her balance and fly without any tail feathers.

Maybe it is a bit of an optical illusion, but it looks like WonderBird flies in a slightly more upright position than the tailed hummers. She reminds me a bit of how folks riding Vespa scooters always seem to sit up so straight. And...speaking of reminders - time to clean/refill our feeder!

Love all your photos. And the 'tail-less wonder' is certailly a wonder. Wonder if she lost her tail feathers in an accident or was born that way. I guess we'll never know, but it shows just how maneuverable they are to be able to manage without a a tail.
