That's wonderful! Now, tell me, is the owl shack completely exposed or a little hidden? I put one up last fall, but so far no residents. (I'm aiming for a Western Screech Owl, but I expect the'll be somewhat similar.)
One Owl Shack hangs on an abandoned utility pole so it's more out in the open. Our second one hangs in a live oak. It's definitely more secluded; that's the one the owl's using. The titmice are nesting on the pole.

Owls are awesome birds. we see them on occasion around our home.
