Remember our surprise crops? How I found corn planted around the Wildscape by our furry friends, the squirrels? I forgot to post some photos that James took of our "harvest" last month.

After he picked the two ears, James put them both in our squirrel feeder.

Way to go, squirrels!

I had squirrel-sown corn pop up all over my yard this year. Someone puts whole corn out and every day my yard is littered with corn cobs. A lot of it sprouted and one ear grew. However, going full circle, we let it ripen and let the critters pick it themselves.
