
Since this is my blog, I get to post whatever I want to, even if it's nutty. And this little gal deserves a post of her own! I've been at my desk most of the day. So it was a very nice surprise when this small jumping spider appeared atop my desktop computer. Then she climbed aboard a beaded spider that's draped onto my iMac. Pretty fun! My shots aren't that great, but in a few you can see her silken drag lines.
P.S. I'm a member of the "Jumping Spiders (Salticidae)" Facebook page. Yesterday I posted some of these shots. Wayne IDed my friend as a Habronattus fallax. Cool!
